At Arbor Vitae Styles, your satisfaction is our priority. If you're not completely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
- Items can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges for different sizes or colours, subject to availability. To request an exchange, please contact us at support@arborvitaestyles.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@arborvitaestyles.com with photos of the item and we will make it right.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at support@arborvitaestyles.com with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping method.
