At Arbor Vitae, we strive to ensure every customer is satisfied with their purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, we're here to help.
1. Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.
- All original tags and packaging must be intact.
- Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as Final Sale.
- Gift cards.
- Products damaged due to misuse, improper care, or normal wear and tear.
- Buy One Get One (BOGO) promotional items unless received damaged or defective.
3. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
- Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
5. Exchange Policy
We currently offer exchanges for defective or damaged items only. For other exchanges, customers may return the item and place a new order.
6. Shipping Costs
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
