All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times:

- Metro Cities: 3–7 business days
- Other Cities and Towns: 5–10 business days
- Remote Locations: 7–14 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control.

3. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Free shipping may be offered on selected orders, promotions, or minimum purchase amounts.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS, allowing you to track your shipment.

5. Delays

While we strive to deliver orders on time, delays may occur due to:

Arbor Vitae is not responsible for delays caused by third-party courier partners.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or if you believe it has been lost during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date.

We will work with the courier partner to investigate and resolve the issue.

International shipping may be available for selected locations. Delivery times, shipping charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
